Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

  • You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original condition

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aspire.clothing with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know—we’re happy to help with exchanges whenever possible. Shipping fees may apply.
